For over ten years, we have implemented an integrated management system Quality Safety Environment (QSE) at all RIVA sites in France. Quality is a major element for a company because it guarantees full satisfaction to all its customers.
Our sites are constantly working to meet the requirements related to our products and our markets. Thanks to our procedures and the training of our employees, we have implemented an efficient quality system. In our processes, we have integrated precise controls that are constantly under high technical and human supervision and thus allow us to act immediately in the event of product non-compliance.
Quality control at each stage of production.
At each stage of the manufacturing process, our employees and our internal experts check and monitor our products.

Through this strong commitment, we have obtained, on all our sites, current quality certifications, relating to our products but also to our processes. In order to make our system permanent, we are always under control of accredited bodies, which come to carry out field audits.

To ensure the quality of our products, all our industrial sites are equipped with robots and analysis laboratories in which we carry out multiple tests. Thanks to this high-tech equipment, we follow each product with precision and know its exact features (chemical analysis compliance, product temperature monitoring, visual appearance, geometric measurements, mechanical product controls, elongation, elastic & mechanical resistance, product lengths…)

Our traceability and marking system also allows us to track our products and thus be able to respond reactively and transparently to our customers.
This Quality commitment allows us both to satisfy our customers but also to be part of a dynamic of continuous improvement.
