Over the past few months and years, numerous training courses have been rolled out at our sites, including technical training, operational support, and management development.

 

These courses have enabled our employees to:

These actions contribute directly to the performance, safety, and modernization of our facilities.



Essential support from the European Union

The European Union has helped finance numerous training courses, particularly at our SAM Neuves-Maisons site.

Thanks to this support, our site has been able to make long-term investments in skills development, which is essential for supporting the transformation of our site and strengthening our industrial competitiveness.
