1986: USINOR SACILOR Group's welded mesh and concrete reinforcement production sites are consolidated into a single entity: ACOR.
1993: After the break-up of UNIMETAL, a new entity is established under the name SAM (Steel for concrete reinforcement), regrouping concrete reinforcing production operations. The company ACOR becomes a subsidiary of SAM.
1995: USINOR sells SAM and its subsidiaries (including ACOR) to the British group ASW (Allied Steel and Wire).
2000: RIVA Group acquires SAM and its subsidiaries (including ACOR).
The ACOR plant located at VAUVERT (Gard) produces welded mesh.
